For our dynamic Supply Chain Operations team, we are looking for a qualified Order Management Clerk Export (80-100%) Tasks ## • Primary contact person in daily business for the assigned customers. • High level of personal responsibility for the processing of our customers' orders (coordination and monitoring of customer orders regarding deadlines, quality, and completeness). • Creation and control of shipping and export documents, including the creation of export-relevant certificates and reports. • Close cooperation with Sales, Production, and Logistics. • Maintenance of customer master data in SAP R3 as well as various administrative tasks. • Support of the other areas in Supply Chain Operations. Requirements ## • You have a completed commercial or equivalent training and have already gained several years of professional experience in the field of order management, customer service, or internal sales, and bring experience in the field of foreign trade export. • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and organizational talent. • Good knowledge in the area of international shipping logistics and customs. • Very good oral and written language skills in D/E. • Experience in handling SAP R3 and good MS Office skills. • You are proactive, efficient, reliable, resilient, and have good assertiveness. You also bring enjoyment in contacting external and internal customers. • You enjoy working together in a team and appreciate proactive cooperation.
