Area of responsibility:

• Independent management of real estate accounts for a versatile portfolio
• Preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements
• Preparation of heating and service charge statements
• Account reconciliation and monitoring of accounts receivable/accounts payable
• Support with budget planning and liquidity management
• Contact person for owners, tenants, and internal departments regarding accounting questions
• Dunning and collection procedures
• Preparation of VAT returns for opted real estate
• Receiving telephone calls on the main number as well as in the ring group

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or equivalent training, ideally with further training in accounting
• Professional experience in real estate accounting or in the real estate sector is an advantage
• Experience with VAT (opted real estate) is an advantage
• Knowledge of GaraioREM software is an advantage
• Careful, structured, and independent way of working
• Proficient German, other languages an advantage
