What you bring Education: Completed studies (Uni/EFP, HES, ES) Specialization: or significant experience in a manager position within our cooperative. Professional experience: 5 years of experience in retail in Switzerland with management of a team. Field leader: Active presence in store, ability to organize, decide and move operations forward. Mobilizes the team daily and implements a clear work rhythm to reach objectives. Mastery of figures and sense of action: Monitoring indicators, rapid identification of deviations and implementation of concrete actions. Ability to improve performance with simple and effective levers. Strong customer orientation: Observation of the field, adaptation of the offer and the organization to guarantee a smooth, practical and pleasant experience in store.
