Now, the opportunity arises to build on this strong foundation and actively help shape the future as Head of Finance & ICT. You are responsible for the financial and digital further development of the three operating companies and, together with your six-member team, ensure the professional and modern orientation of your department. As a sparring partner for the executives, you create the basis for well-founded decisions through analyses, key figures, and business transparency. At the same time, you undertake central tasks in the areas of budgeting, financial planning, controlling, reporting, and consolidation. You initiate and manage cross-departmental projects and make a significant contribution to the further increase of effectiveness and efficiency. Additionally, you are a trusted contact person for the owners. We are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who takes responsibility, shapes changes, and feels comfortable in an SME with short decision-making paths. You possess sound specialist knowledge in finance and accounting, bring a strong IT affinity, and have experience in project management. A degree in business administration at university of applied sciences level or a comparable education, as well as practical experience in a similar function, form the ideal foundation for this versatile task.
