Participate in the financial management of Group IT. You are responsible for the budget, service billing, and reporting, and you develop IT controlling according to international standards, automation, and AI. You thus create transparency for informed decisions.

Your field of activity

• You coordinate the revenue, volume, and service budgets of Group IT and harmonize them with internal clients
• You prepare the periodic billing of IT services and ensure complete, correct, and traceable processing
• With reports as well as analyses of revenue, costs, and volumes, you create transparency for management and administration
• You advise service owners and executives on budget, service prices, and billing, linking finance and IT service management
• You continuously develop budgeting, forecasting, calculation, billing, and reporting standards within projects
• You contribute to the implementation of IT controlling standards (e.g., Technology Business Management), as well as automation, digitalization, and the targeted use of AI in IT controlling

What you bring

• Several years of experience in IT controlling
• Practice in IT cost billing and a good understanding of the financial management of IT services
• Experience in the use of AI tools and technological affinity to rethink existing processes
• You work autonomously, proactively, and rigorously, maintaining focus even in the face of resistance
• With a confident presence and clear communication, you build bridges between different stakeholder groups
• Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
