Your tasks

• Representation of the client for cantonal transformation and new construction projects.
• Representation of the client in various repair / renovation projects as a project manager or client representative.
• Project and quality management during all planning and execution phases.
• Direction of interdisciplinary project teams.
• Coordination of the needs of operations and users.
• Participation in specialized internal projects.

Your profile

• Polytechnic school degree in architecture or completed training as a certified site manager, ES technician in site management or equivalent training.
• Several years of professional experience in planning and construction project management.
• In-depth knowledge in the execution of works, maintenance and repair of structures.
• Autonomous and reliable personality.
• Maintaining open, constructive and solution-oriented communication with internal and external persons.

Your working environment

The building service is responsible for 160 cantonal buildings and properties. This includes the planning and realization of new constructions, rental improvements as well as the preservation of the value of buildings and their operation. The building service is also responsible for the subletting of properties and provides various other services (postal service, restaurant, etc.).
