The Regionale Pflegezentrum Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional nursing and care in various areas of competence. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) is currently being extensively modernized through new construction and renovations and is being supplemented with 86 new senior apartments. For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a professionally competent, reliable, and committed personality as Head of FlexPool Nursing (m/f/d), effective immediately or by arrangement. Head of FlexPool Nursing (m/f/d), 80 - 100 % How you will support us: You lead our existing FlexPool in terms of personnel, professional, and organizational aspects You ensure efficient and demand-oriented deployment planning of our pool employees and coordinate resources across the entire nursing area You recruit new employees for the FlexPool and accompany the entire onboarding process You continuously develop the FlexPool and optimize processes and workflows You take over the deployment planning and are responsible for working time management in POLYPOINT PEP in compliance with legal requirements You are the contact person for management staff regarding questions on personnel planning and coordinate deployments with internal and external partners How you can convince us: You have completed training as a Dipl.
