CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey offers medico-social services, aid services, and social and professional integration services that meet the expectations and needs of the population.

Its mission is to promote staying at home, autonomy, and social integration by offering individualized support in every situation and providing a complete range of services.

With its 5 sites and its nearly 550 collaborators, CMS Sion-Hérens-Conthey accompanies nearly 7100 beneficiaries across all 16 communes of the region.

We are looking for a :

Clinical Nurse

(CDI at 80-100%)

Your mission

• You provide medico-technical care
• You introduce new collaborators
• You coach teams (care, care process, care file, complex situation…)
• You participate in the clinicians group meetings
• You support good practices and the development of quality of care
• You participate in the implementation of certain projects, concepts, new procedures…

Your profile

• Bachelor in nursing or equivalent training
• CAS in quality and consulting or equivalent training
• Transformational clinical leadership
• Ability to apply and adapt practices in a complex context
• Mastery of all aspects of clinical care and in-depth knowledge of practice guides and care standards
• Pedagogy
• Driver's license and vehicle indispensable
• Knowledge of the home care field, an asset
