For our client, an independent wealth management company of approximately 20 employees, we are looking for an accounting & administration specialist 60-100% as soon as possible or by arrangement. You will take charge of varied tasks in accounting, administration, as well as on regulatory matters and will benefit from a diversified field of activity with a long-term perspective and five weeks of vacation.

Your tasks at the new employer:

• Autonomous management of current accounting, including accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Performing account reconciliations, periodic controls, and monitoring of open items
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual balance sheets according to the CO and interlocutor for the fiduciary and auditing
• Development of analyses and internal reports as well as validation of financial data
• Participation in administrative, organizational, and regulatory tasks as well as in the development of internal processes

You offer your new employer:

• Completed basic commercial training EFZ or equivalent training
• Several years of professional experience in accounting, experience in regulatory or compliance matters is an asset
• Very good knowledge of German, ideally good knowledge of English and user skills in Abacus
• Great discretion and sense of responsibility in handling sensitive data as well as an autonomous, flexible, and open personality
