Laboro AG is a specialized personnel leasing company in the healthcare sector. For one of our clients in the Canton of Zürich, we are looking for an engaged and reliable Healthcare Specialist EFZ / an engaged and reliable Healthcare Specialist EFZ, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Holistic care and support of patients and residents
• Performance of basic and treatment care according to professional competencies
• Support of the qualified nursing professionals in the care process
• Implementation of medical orders as well as performance of medical-technical tasks
• Observation of the health status and passing on relevant information to the treatment team
• Professional documentation of nursing services in the electronic nursing file
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors and other specialists
• Participation in ensuring high quality of care as well as compliance with hygiene and quality standards

Your profile

• Completed training as Healthcare Specialist EFZ / Healthcare Specialist EFZ
• Professional experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
• Independent, responsible and reliable way of working
• High social competence, teamwork skills and empathy
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Willingness to work shifts, nights and weekends
