You will take on a central role in demanding building services projects, bringing together technology, deadlines, costs, and various project participants. Vacancy No. 6665 ## Tasks ### • Independent management of demanding building services projects • Planning and coordination of HVAC systems • Development and implementation of technical concepts • Accompanying projects from the concept phase to commissioning • Coordination of clients, architects, specialist planners, and contractors • Monitoring of costs, deadlines, and quality • Creation of tenders, technical documentation, and project reports • Conducting project and coordination meetings • Technical consulting for customers and project partners • Identification of optimization and improvement potentials • Collaboration in the further development of digital planning and BIM processes Requirements ### • Training in the field of building services, HVAC, or comparable technical qualification • Further training as a Technician HF or Engineer FH is an advantage • Several years of experience in the planning and project management of building services projects • Good technical understanding and experience with HVAC systems • Independent and structured way of working • Organizational talent and strong communication skills • Confident appearance towards customers and project partners • Enjoyment of demanding projects and interdisciplinary cooperation IT ### MS Office: good AutoCAD: good Revit: an advantage BIM: an advantage Languages ### German m+s: very good English m+s: an advantage Start of employment ### Immediately or by arrangement Work location ### Münchenstein Special ### Here, you are not expecting a classic "desk job," but rather a position with real creative freedom.
