Your contribution

• Be responsible for the assignment of material for the respective repair and overhaul as well as verify the status and functioning of the material and munitions stored on the surface and underground
• Instruct troops and specialists on the handling and maintenance of material mainly in German
• Act as a contact person for customers / the management of the troop craftsmen
• Be responsible for the professional management of work, the conduct of people on the occasion of the delivery and collection of army material and troop munitions in compliance with the fixed deadlines
• Draw up an inventory of material and munitions as well as store, withdraw, and transfer them professionally; prepare material according to current regulations and instructions

What distinguishes you

• Vocational training as a logistics clerk CFC
• Strong sense of service in contact and advice to customers, for example to the troops
• Rapid and conscientious way of working, organizational skills to guarantee impeccable execution of processes
• Driving license for categories B, BE C (CE and F); good knowledge of SAP

The Swiss Army Logistics Base (BLEs) is at the disposal of the troops. It provides all logistic services for the Swiss Army and, with its approximately 3500 employees and 12000 militia soldiers, manages the material, systems and infrastructure of the Swiss Army. In the workshop or in the office, indoors or outdoors: BLEs offers a wide range of jobs throughout Switzerland and for all tastes.

The Swiss Army employs over 9000 employees within the framework of four military professions and approximately 200 civil professions, in 110 locations throughout the national territory. Furthermore, it provides for new recruits, training apprentices in over 30 professions.
