The Vocational Integration specialist team bears case responsibility, coordinates the various offers and assignments in the field of work integration and accompanies people on their way into vocational integration. Due to a personnel change, we are looking for, starting from December 2026 or by arrangement, a Vocational Integration Specialist 80 % ## Your tasks ### • Case management and coordination in the field of work integration • Management and coordination of admission, status, and evaluation interviews involving the professionals involved • Cooperation with internal and external work and production companies • Assessment of work and training ability and the joint discussion and development of realistic professional perspectives • Information processing and writing reports • Contacting and networking with employers in the 1st labor market • Active participation in departments, working groups and working circles Your profile ### You have training in Social Work, Social Pedagogy or a comparable field of specialization. Further training in the field of coaching is a plus. Ideally, you bring experience in vocational integration and in the implementation of measures of the disability insurance. A good network in the first labor market helps you to specifically accompany people on their way into the working world. You work with commitment, independently, solution-oriented and at the same time value the exchange and cooperation in the team. Participation in the weekly team meeting on Wednesday morning is feasible for you. A category B driver's license is required for the activity.
