As part of the development of our medical activities, we are looking for a Chief Resident to join our Medical Management.

Job Description

This position is intended for a doctor wishing to practice a diversified activity, close to the field and at the heart of regional health issues.

You will contribute to the proper functioning and development of the medical activities of the Réseau de l'Arc through notably:

• Occasional replacements within our Medicentres in order to guarantee continuity of care and to support the medical teams.
• Participation in medical and transversal activities led by the Medical Management.
• The continuous development and improvement of the Réseau de l'Arc's healthcare offering.
• Contribution to various medical and organizational projects in collaboration with senior doctors and the network's teams.
• Support for various transversal activities and projects within our Mental Health Hub.
• Participation in initiatives responding to the health needs of the population of Jura bernois and Seeland.

This function offers a global vision of the regional health system and allows for interaction with many medical and institutional partners.

Qualifications
--------------

• Federal medical degree or recognized foreign degree.
• MEBEKO recognition obtained or in progress.
• Excellent command of French, minimum B2 level required.
• Driver's license and personal vehicle indispensable.
• Good knowledge of the region or a real desire to integrate into it durably.
• Experience in outpatient, hospital, or primary care medicine constitutes an asset.
• Marked interest in regional health issues and local medicine.

Above all, we are looking for a doctor with a solid generalist training, capable of evolving in varied contexts and intervening with different partners of the network.

Curious, flexible and endowed with an excellent capacity for adaptation, you like to step out of your comfort zone, take on new challenges and contribute to diversified projects.

A true generalist in your approach, you know how to navigate with ease between the medical, organizational and relational dimensions of your function.

A field doctor, versatile, agile and solution-oriented, you appreciate the diversity of situations, patients and interlocutors. You demonstrate autonomy, initiative and an excellent spirit of collaboration.
