For the further expansion of zellani Medical, we are looking for a motivated, communicative, and sales-oriented personality who wants to make a difference together with us.

Your tasks

Building and maintaining a network with nursing professionals, hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and Spitex organizations

Recruitment and placement of nursing staff for temporary assignments and permanent positions

Active new customer acquisition and support of existing customers

Conducting job interviews and supporting our candidates

Independent expansion of your own customer and candidate network

Your profile

Ideally training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, FaGe EFZ, or comparable qualification in healthcare

Existing network in the nursing industry or motivation to build one

Sales flair, strong communication skills, and joy in dealing with people

Independent, committed, and goal-oriented way of working

Experience in recruitment is an advantage, but not a requirement

Very good German skills

Career changers from nursing are very welcome!
