Visual Media Specialist (a)

As a Visual Media Specialist, you are responsible for the professional design and production of our print and digital media. With your eye for aesthetics, functionality, and corporate design, you ensure that content is not only cleanly implemented but also truly effectively communicated.

In your area of responsibility, you ensure that all visual media are brand-compliant, clearly structured, and implemented with high quality, from initial layouts to final production.

Your tasks

• Conception, recording, and post-production of video content (filming, editing, post-processing) for digital channels
• Design and production of various print and digital formats (flyers, invitations, presentations, whitepapers, LinkedIn posts, factsheets, social media graphics, etc.)
• Ensuring the consistent application of CI/CD, typography, and visual language
• Optimization of readability, usability, and visual consistency through the targeted use of colors, graphics, and polygraphy
• Ongoing review and further development of our visual media standards as well as evaluation of new tools and trends
• Support in web publishing as needed

What you bring

• Experience in graphic design, mediamatics, polygraphy, or visual communication design
• Proficient use of common design and publishing tools
• A strong eye for colors, typography, visual language, video, and structured design
• Ability to independently plan and implement projects and adhere to quality, time, and budget specifications
• Enjoyment of collaborating with internal stakeholders from Marketing, HR, Sales, and Product & Innovation
• Creative, careful, and reliable way of working
