Examination of applications, correspondence and processing of various information
Constitution of complete files: verification of information and request for necessary clarifications and documents
Determination of the right to pensions and calculation of benefits (pensions and daily allowances AI)
Monitoring and processing of pending files: reminders, re-examination of files
Response to requests for information: in writing, by phone or during personal interviews

Desired Profile
EFZ as merchant or equivalent education
Ability to process several tasks simultaneously
Excellent knowledge of computer science
Mastery of the German language

In the "Renten / IV-TG" section of the Ausgleichskasse des Kantons Freiburg:
Checking applications, letters and various information
Creating a complete dossier: checking information and requesting necessary information and documents
Determining the entitlement to pensions and calculating benefits (pensions and IV daily allowances)
Monitoring and processing of pending files: reminder letters, file revisions
Answering requests for information: in writing, by phone or during a personal conversation
