This is what you can expect ### • You will process reminders and debt collection proceedings in the cantons of Western Switzerland assigned to you. • You will be responsible for debtor management (recording payments, transfers, write-offs). • You will maintain telephone and written contact with customers, offices, authorities, and internal departments. • Handling complaints is also part of your responsibilities. This is what you bring ### • You have a commercial basic training or equivalent training with professional experience in an administrative position. • Numbers are your strength. • You have a secure, skilled, and objective approach to challenging telephone customer conversations and can set boundaries well. • You have very good French language skills (at least level B2) and are motivated to conduct the entire daily business in this language. • You are characterized by resilience, empathy, and assertiveness.
