Your job

You create and consolidate the cost and performance accounting at the group level and ensure meaningful reporting for the LUNGENLIGA SCHWEIZ

You analyze extensive data sets and derive reliable information from them for financial and operational management

You continuously develop the existing cost accounting as well as the associated calculation and distribution logics

You optimize the controlling and BI instruments and ensure that key figures are uniformly defined and presented in a traceable manner

Business administration consulting: you advise and support decentralized financial officers on questions regarding performance recording, financial accounting, and cost accounting

Successive further development of the finance manual at the national level and

Further development of the national key figure manual

Preparation of central reporting for the attention of the Bundesamt für Sozialversicherungen

In addition
You participate in the further development of the central data platform, the key figure portal, and the BI evaluations for the LUNGENLIGA SCHWEIZ

You support users in the recording of relevant operational data as well as in the use of the specialist and BI systems

Within the framework of the data strategy, you work together with internal specialists and external implementation partners

You contribute your expertise to exciting finance, controlling, and data projects

You actively participate in internal audits, selected theses, and specialist working groups

Your profile
Higher education/degree in business administration, business informatics, or finance and accounting

You bring three to five years of sound professional experience in the area of controlling and/or Business Intelligence

High data affinity: you are strong in dealing with large amounts of data, relational databases, and sophisticated calculation logics

You know how to translate technical requirements from controlling into suitable data models, key figures, and BI evaluations

Your Excel skills are very good; generally, you are very IT-savvy

German is your mother tongue and you have good oral knowledge in French

Knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system is a plus

You work carefully, independently, and in a solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even with demanding calculation models
