As Team Leader Production Linear Luminaires (m/w/d) you are responsible for the technical and organizational leadership of our production area for linear luminaires. You implement production planning in your area, coordinate personnel, materials and operating resources and ensure safe, timely, economical and high-quality production. As a collaborative team leader, you combine leadership strength with technical understanding and a pronounced hands-on mentality. Tasks in this job Technical and organizational leadership as well as further development of the Linear Luminaires team Planning, allocation and coordination of employees and production orders Ensuring deadlines, quality standards, occupational safety and productivity targets Detailed planning and control of production processes in the Linear Luminaires area Checking production orders for completeness, plausibility and manufacturability Coordinating material requirements, missing parts and priorities with production management, purchasing and logistics Active participation in production preparation, manufacturing and assembly, especially for special orders and production bottlenecks Carrying out or ensuring production-related quality and final inspections Continuous optimization of work processes, production equipment and manufacturing methods Responsibility for order, cleanliness and safety in your own production area Knowledge & Experience Completed technical basic training, for example as a polymechanic, production mechanic, automation engineer or in a comparable profession Further training in production, production preparation, process management or leadership is an advantage Several years of experience in technical production or assembly First or several years of experience in technical or personnel leadership Experience in production planning, production preparation and resource coordination Knowledge of Lean Production, Kanban and continuous process improvement Good technical understanding of production, assembly and quality processes Secure handling of MS Office and Navision Good to very good German language skills in word and writing Note: Due to the holiday season, the processing of incoming applications may be delayed.
