The Obergericht is the supreme cantonal judicial authority in civil and criminal matters. In addition, it is responsible for supervision and court administration throughout the entire civil and criminal jurisdiction. The criminal division includes two criminal chambers and the appeals chamber.

Your tasks

• General dossier management (including recording new cases, administration during the proceedings, and closing work)
• Drafting and preparing correspondence (orders, decisions/resolutions, summons, etc.) independently and/or according to specifications
• Scheduling hearing dates and maintaining business and deadline control
• Ensuring telephone and counter services
• Deputizing for your colleagues during absences.

Your profile

• You have a commercial education and practical experience and are interested in the judiciary.
• You are characterized by independent, reliable, and precise work, have a quick grasp, are flexible, and maintain the necessary calm and overview even in hectic times.
• Through your open and communicative manner, you contribute to a positive climate within the team.
• You have very good written and spoken German and French skills
• You possess good IT skills to support the SuperUser
• Preferably, you already have experience in the judiciary
