Recognized by health insurance companies, AxelCare contributes to the home maintenance of patients through quality care via its multidisciplinary team and in close collaboration with various actors in the home healthcare field. AxelCare offers its services in the areas of respiratory and artificial nutrition, to patients at home and in institutions.
We are looking for, to complete our Patient Service team:
An Oral Nutrition Patient Specialist
Indefinite term contract at 100%
Immediately or to be agreed
YOUR MISSIONS

• Through a monthly call to our patients, organize the order and ensure follow-up of compliance with nutritional treatment, by transmitting the necessary information to nutritional referents, respecting deadlines and procedures
• Receive part of the incoming calls and process the requests
• Respond to requests received by e-mail
• Maintain good collaboration with different internal and external partners, as well as with patients

• CFC as a pharmacy assistant
• Interpersonal ease with patients
• Mastery of usual IT tools
• Autonomy and team spirit
• Proactivity and involvement
• Knowledge of Swiss German, an asset
