Customer Communication Operator

The employer is looking for a:

AML and CS Clerk (reported profession)

Tasks:

• ensure the correct and punctual application of internal directives and procedures relating to the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML) and the social measures plan for online games;
• carry out written and telephone contact with customers;
• check recorded operations, use internal IT systems and verify that everything is carried out in compliance with internal directives;
• carry out the monitoring and evaluation of players considered at risk;
• write internal reports;
• report suspicious or non-compliant behavior;
• provide assistance in performing support activities and tasks at the request of superiors.

Requirements:

• fluent knowledge of German and Italian, spoken and written;
• good ability to converse by telephone in German;
• predisposition for analytical and reflective thinking;
• proficiency in using the Microsoft Office package (in particular Excel);
• attitude toward confidentiality, flexibility and precision;
• predisposition for interpersonal contact, communication and teamwork;

Preferred requirements:

• knowledge of the French language.
• Customer Service experience and/or predisposition for contact and professional management of requests;
