Workshop Manager in the field of Advertising Technology (m/f/d)

Our client is a regionally anchored Swiss company based in the Olten area. The company combines long-standing tradition with contemporary services and employs several dozen employees. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced leader as Workshop Manager in the field of Advertising Technology, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Coordination and management of a team with several employees
• Planning and monitoring of all production processes in the workshop
• Ensuring the quality and timely implementation of projects
• Support and technical guidance of the assigned team members
• Organization of workflows and resource deployment in operational business

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the advertising technology field required
• Many years of leadership experience
• At least fifteen years of relevant practice in the specialist field
• Sound specialist knowledge in visual communication and design
• Fluent German skills
• Discreet, loyal and resilient personality
