We distinguish ourselves through our respect for ethics and the environment, our expertise in wedding bands, and the distribution of premium brands adapted to all budgets.   We are recruiting : Position: Sales Advisor Workload: 40-50% fixed, possibility of additional hours We are looking for a flexible candidate, willing to occasionally increase her workload according to our needs and her availability. Contract start: to be agreed   Missions : • Sale of brand jewelry and watches • Advising future married couples on the choice of their wedding bands • Management of customer relations (emails, telephone calls) • Creation of window displays to showcase our jewelry pieces • After-sales service and follow-up of customer files (repairs, warranties, orders) • Reception of goods and shipments to external collaborators • Stock management and inventory of new merchandise   Your profile : • Federal Certificate of Capacity in retail management specialization "Jewelry-Watches-Precious stones" • Experience in jewelry sales and customer file management • Perfect mastery of the French language and specific professional vocabulary • Ease in engaging in conversation and ability to identify the desires and fears of the clientele • Excellent organizational skills and presentation in line with the luxury sector   Additional assets (optional but greatly appreciated) : • Professional ease in written and spoken English • Knowledge of the "Diamond" computer management software specific to jewelry • Knowledge in gemology   What we offer : • A warm setting in a family business located in the heart of a charming pedestrian street in the city center • Freedom in work management • An experience at the heart of a jewelry creation workshop • Participation in decisions relating to the boutique, artistic directions of window displays, choice of products and brands   If you are passionate about luxury jewelry, have a sense of customer service and wish to evolve in a friendly and stimulating environment, we would be delighted to meet you.
