Customer Account Manager Multimedia Customer Service / call center Job description Occupancy rate: 80-100% Start date: to be agreed Workplace: Vernayaz YOUR ACTIVITIES: • Ensure customer service and advice, mainly by telephone or in writing (emails / letters / chat) • Actively participate in the development of sales in the residential multimedia field • Make outgoing calls with the aim of promoting additional products and services • Prospect new customers and propose cross-selling • Manage complaints and retentions • Perform level 1 support and troubleshooting for Internet, Voip, TV Box and Mobile services Profile sought YOUR PROFILE AND YOUR SKILLS: • Training in the commercial field • Knowledge of different sales techniques • Proven and successful experience in a Customer Service ideally dealing with multimedia products • French native language, with if possible a second language (German, or English) • Writing proficiency Interested?
