After-Sales Watchmaker & Technical Referent (M/F)

To support the development of its After-Sales workshop, the Maison is looking for an After-Sales Watchmaker & Technical Referent.

This dual-dimension position places you both at the workbench and at the heart of our technical strategy: you will ensure excellent after-sales service while contributing to the skill development of our subsidiaries and our retailer network. An ideal role for a passionate watchmaker who wishes to combine technical expertise with the transmission of knowledge.

Your missions

After-Sales Workshop - 60 %

• Diagnose and repair mechanical and quartz watches received at the After-Sales workshop
• Perform the requested service in compliance with time and quality criteria
• Guarantee the quality of overhauled watches before their return to the customer
• Actively contribute to the operational excellence of the workshop

Technical support & training - 40 %

• Develop, organize, plan and lead FC - Alpina watchmaking training
• Participate in defining the training strategy and frame the "Train the Trainers" program
• Implement the technical qualification of Service Centers and ensure follow-up
• Define the technical requirements and standards for the After-Sales watchmakers of Citizen subsidiaries and the retailer network
• Develop and evolve the technical training documentation
• Participate in the development of specific tooling for certain models
• Ensure proactive monitoring of technical novelties and update associated documentation

Your profile

• CFC in watchmaking or watchmaking training deemed equivalent
• Confirmed experience in watchmaking after-sales service, on mechanical as well as quartz movements
• Real taste for transmission, training and network work
• Rigor, keen sense of quality, autonomy and team spirit
• French and English indispensable, both written and spoken (training and travel)
• Availability for regular travel (approx. 20 % of the time)
