We are a successful personnel consultancy for temporary and permanent positions in the whole of Eastern Switzerland, specializing in the placement of personnel from industry, technology, construction, and office. We are looking for our client, immediately or by arrangement, a Sachbearbeiter/in Kundenservice & Auftragsmanagement 100% (m/w/d) Your tasks include: • You will independently record and process customer orders in the ABACUS ERP system. • You will be available to our customers by phone as a competent contact person and advise them on their concerns. • You will answer customer inquiries, coordinate order processing, and take on various administrative tasks in the back office. To perform this demanding task optimally, you should have the following requirements: • You have completed commercial training. • You have professional experience in order processing, sales back office, or a comparable function. • You work safely with ABACUS and master the common MS Office applications. • You communicate confidently in German; knowledge of French is an advantage. • You are characterized by a service-oriented, reliable, and friendly way of working and appreciate direct customer contact.
