Public law establishment, the CNP has the mission of conducting the canton of Neuchâtel's health policy in the field of mental health, in collaboration with partner institutions. The CNP aims at the rehabilitation of patients suffering from mental disorders by adopting an integrated and community-based psychiatry model; it implements public health promotion and prevention policies; it acts as a reference center in the field of professional training and research in psychiatry. The Finance and Operations Directorate is looking for its technical service: 2 Maintenance Agents, Profile 1: locksmith and Profile 2: electrician The mission of the technical infrastructure department is the management of maintenance and upkeep of the company's complex technical facilities. As part of the operation of buildings and equipment, the technical service implements curative and preventive interventions, ensures compliance with facilities and optimizes performance. You will be required to: o Execute autonomously or with the support of a colleague, or an external specialist, the work related to the installation and maintenance of facilities, devices, and equipment as part of technical intervention requests and curative and preventive maintenance, o Work, interpret, understand the diagrams, plans, sketches, and instructions necessary for the proper functioning of equipment, infrastructure, equipment, and buildings, o Accompany and control the quality of work carried out by external suppliers, o Analyze critical and/or complex situations and propose improvements to infrastructure and building equipment installations, o Work as a team with maintenance agent colleagues in daily activities, o Participate in the on-call service, o Inform your hierarchy of any intervention, defect found, or information received from third parties, concerning technical facilities, equipment, and buildings. The required skills and training are as follows: Experience o You have at least 5 years of experience in the required fields. Training o Profile 1, Locksmith: You have a CFC as a locksmith or equivalent training (Locksmith, Carpenter, Sanitary, etc.). o Profile 2, Electrician: You have a recognized CFC electrician in Switzerland. Any additional training is appreciated. Qualities o Autonomous in the execution of your tasks, thanks to a strong team spirit, you know how to collaborate effectively with professionals from various trades and contribute to the smooth functioning of a multidisciplinary team. o You are rigorous, methodical, and analytical. You are comfortable with computer tools and are able to propose improvements, respect maintenance protocols. o Respond reactively and appropriately to requests, particularly in emergency situations. o Take spontaneously and within your area of responsibility, the measures likely to optimize your action. o Have a sense of observation and a concern for verification and control. o Respect professional secrecy and functional secrecy concerning institution-related activities in accordance with the requirements mentioned by the applicable CCT. Other o Hold a category B driver's license. o Based in Préfargier, with interventions on our sites in the canton of Neuchâtel. o On-call service: 1 week per month in principle, from Monday to Monday, day/night intervention by phone and/or on site within 35 minutes.
