Tasks

• You support spouses and children entitled to maintenance if those liable for maintenance do not meet their payment obligations and calculate the claim for maintenance advances
• You advise on various questions in maintenance assistance
• You check indexation calculations, handle dunning processes and are responsible for managing client accounts
• You implement collection measures
• You draft applications to the authorities and courts, and have contact with social insurance providers, lawyers and employers

Your profile

• Commercial training as well as further training as an Alimentenfachperson or the willingness to complete this promptly
• Confident appearance, negotiation skills as well as proficiency in oral and written expression
• Advantageous: Knowledge of relevant legal areas (debt enforcement and bankruptcy law, family law)
• Independence, ability to work in a team and good communication skills
• Rapid comprehension and ability to think in networks as well as high empathy towards people in difficult life situations
