For our team in Brüttisellen, we are looking for a Senior Real Estate Manager to strengthen the team, effective immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent and responsible management and support of commercial properties
• Acceptance and handover of rental properties as well as processing demanding tenancy law and organizational issues
• Monitoring current rent policy and advising property owners on setting the rent, preparation of budgets as well as various reports
• Personal and written exchange with owners, tenants, tradespeople, suppliers, authorities and close cooperation with the facility management
• Induction of new employees, knowledge transfer and ensuring quality and processes, technical leadership and coaching

Profile

• Several years of professional experience in real estate management (Swiss federal diploma for real estate managers necessary), with proven expertise in the field of commercial real estate
• Service-oriented, independent and responsible personality with a precise, structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a strong marketing flair
• Very good communication skills and a competent, confident appearance
• Experience in technical leadership and coaching employees is an advantage
• Good IT skills (MS Office programs, GaraioREM an advantage)
• Driver's license Cat. B
