Your tasks - independent, target-oriented and versatile

• Taking responsibility: You independently manage one or more IT basic services - from strategic further development to operational implementation. In doing so, you always keep functionality, security, technological trends and economic efficiency in focus
• Understanding and prioritizing needs: You systematically capture requirements and trends from users, analyze them and develop innovative, sustainable solutions from them
• Cross-functional implementation: You orchestrate the cooperation of internal specialist departments and external partners, promote agile working methods and ensure efficient and flexible implementation
• Transparent communication: You communicate openly, clearly and appropriately for the target group, build on trust and thus strengthen partnerships with your stakeholders

Your profile - communicative, exact and responsible

• A completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable subject forms the basis. You have broad ICT knowledge and are well acquainted with current technologies
• You bring several years of practical experience in product and service management, ideally supplemented by knowledge in business engineering. Experience in administration is a plus. Further training in project management (HERMES), as a Product Owner (e.g. Scrum PSPO) or Business Analyst completes your profile
• Teamwork gives you pleasure, and you value an open, solution-oriented dialogue
• With your quick comprehension, clear communication and your professional appearance, you convince and effectively network internal and external specialists

It supports the State Chancery, the directorates and the courts in managing their tasks economically, efficiently and effectively through digitalization and automation. The range of services includes the implementation of cross-directorate digitalization projects, ensuring basic IT services, providing business applications and managing information security.
