In this role, you will support the planning and implementation of a cross-divisional transformation program of Zurich Schweiz. You combine analytical strength with consistent implementation, coordinate improvement measures together with the responsible divisions, and create transparency regarding progress, impact, and risks.

What awaits you

• You manage central measures of a strategic transformation and efficiency program and ensure their timely implementation.
• You analyze cost and performance structures, identify efficiency and optimization potentials, and develop concrete improvement measures together with the responsible divisions.
• You establish a transparent progress and impact measurement (operational and financial) and prepare relevant information in a manner appropriate to the target audience for management.
• You coordinate cross-divisional stakeholders, manage dependencies, and support those responsible in the sustainable implementation of the agreed measures.
• You identify risks and target deviations at an early stage and, together with the relevant stakeholders, initiate suitable control and counter-measures.

What distinguishes you

• Several years of experience in transformation, program management, consulting, finance, or a comparable function
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a very good understanding of cost structures and financial contexts
• Experience in the implementation of complex, cross-divisional measures and in dealing with different stakeholders
• High level of initiative, implementation strength, and the ability to prepare complex topics in a structured and audience-appropriate manner
• Very good German and English skills
