For our customer in the Region Zürich, we are looking for a committed and solution-oriented personality as an ICT-Supporter (a). Start of position immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• First- and second-level support for internal users
• Rectification of hardware and software problems
• Installation, configuration and maintenance of IT devices
• Support of the IT systems on-site and remote
• Documentation of solutions and processes
• Collaboration on IT projects and optimizations

Your profile:

• Training in the IT field or corresponding professional experience
• Experience in ICT support is an advantage
• Enjoyment of technology and dealing with people
• Independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn new things
• Driver's license Cat. B
• Good English skills
