Activities

• The open counter is our trademark and an important contact point for our customers. If interested, you will passionately advise and serve them at the buffet
• Freshly sliced and dressed: You prepare meat products professionally and attractively and also produce homemade products such as sausage products
• You manage the goods in the self-service area and contribute to selling them better.
• Customer orders for the holiday business, but also outside of it, are also taken and prepared
• You bear responsibility for our daily freshly prepared lunch menu
• Support with party service assignments
• Compliance with legal regulations regarding food law and personal hygiene

Requirements

• Joy and flair for customer advice and in processing fresh foods, preferably experience in meat processing
• You additionally score with professional experience in a service-oriented butcher shop. Experience as a cook helps you naturally in your daily work.
• You appreciate close customer interaction and love to advise
• You consistently implement quality specifications and guidelines
