Become part of a dedicated, seven-member team of production planners and task managers who work with passion to successfully bring our innovative products into orbit. Together, we ensure that everything is in the right place at the right time - from material provision to final documentation.

As a Production Planner, you will take on a key role: you will hold the reins, coordinate processes, ensure a smooth production process, and bring people and ideas together. In doing so, you will work closely with the production, design, and project management departments - teamwork and communication are your daily tools.

your mission:

• On-time and cost-effective planning, control, and monitoring of the manufacturing of the assigned product groups
• Creating and managing manufacturing bills of materials and work plans
• Creating and managing work descriptions based on valid regulations, standards, technical data packages, and specifications
• Maintenance of master data and the logistics data package
• Creation, release, progress control, and completion of manufacturing orders
• Incorporating changes into manufacturing orders
• Ensuring the availability of all required manufacturing documents, J&T, equipment, individual parts, etc.
• Reporting manufacturing progress, especially in case of problems, to MAIT Task Manager
• Creation of pre- and post-calculations
• Searching for alternative solutions in case of problems and difficulties
• Elaborating change suggestions and requests based on identified defects in ongoing orders, prototype construction, and special versions
• Responsible for the timely implementation of measures according to the NC process (e.g., repairs) in case of deviations
• Completion of tasks in the AVOR area according to individual instructions from the team management
• Active participation in KVP, e.g., to reduce lead time, capacity utilization, costs, error sources

Your profile:

• Solid technical and production technology background in a project-based industry
• Good knowledge of the SAP system and MS Office applications
• Good understanding of Operational Excellence methods
• Good planning and coordination skills
• Experience in space or aerospace
