For our client in Bern, we are looking for an engaged and responsible personality as Betriebsunterhalt EFZ (a) immediately.

Your tasks:
Supervise and accompany 12 apprentices, including apprentices with impairments
Organize daily work and assignments
Guide and support apprentices in manual tasks
Assume supervision during assignments
Structure daily work routine and plan tasks
Promote independence and practical skills
Collaborate with specialist agencies and caregivers

Your profile:
Training as Betriebsunterhalter/in EFZ is an advantage
Completed manual training (e.g., painter, carpenter, joiner, electrician, or sanitary installer) or several years of experience in a manual trade
Enjoy working with apprentices and providing practical guidance
High social competence as well as a patient and appreciative manner with people
Sense of responsibility and assertiveness
Independent, reliable, and well-organized way of working
Willingness to work at two locations in Bern
