For our corporate service hubs and the entire Workshops sector, we are looking for:
Replacement workshop assistant or Replacement workshop assistant
Adapted production workshops offer jobs to adults with intellectual disabilities, benefiting from disability insurance. Through support focused on valuation and fulfillment, the socio-professional team aims for the social and professional integration of employees in adapted employment. The sector also offers jobs to people with loss of capacity or aging individuals, as well as a space for those temporarily needing reinforced support.
In this institutional context, you will intervene for replacement situations in the supervisory functions of our beneficiaries.
Your profile_
Holder of a CFC in a technical or manual field;
Forklift license, an asset;
Interest in support in the field of disability;
Good adaptability, flexibility, and spirit of initiative;
Ease in relationships, ease of communication, and teamwork skills;
Driving license B and experience driving minibuses.
Activity rate: variable. There is no predefined activity rate. The replacement is free to accept or not accept the proposed replacement situations.
Type of contract: occasional hourly contract. Replacements under occasional contract are also insured with our pension fund from the first hours of replacement.
Start date: as soon as possible.
