Commissioning Manager This is what you can achieve with us. You take overall responsibility for commissioning in our projects – from the end of assembly to the handover to the customer (PAC). You coordinate and control all involved trades and suppliers during commissioning. You carry out functional and performance tests as well as safety-relevant inspections and document them. You analyze malfunctions, initiate troubleshooting, and optimize plant parameters. You train the operating personnel and update the as-built plant documentation. You ensure compliance with and implementation of safety regulations. You work closely with project management, engineering, and assembly and pass on the collected experience to the specialist departments. You are willing to be present on-site on a project-related basis within Switzerland and/or in adjacent foreign countries. This is what defines you. You have a completed degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, energy/environmental technology, electrical engineering, or a comparable technical training. You bring several years of experience as a commissioning engineer in plant engineering – ideally in the field of thermal energy production, power plant construction, or comparable. You have sound knowledge of control and regulation technology as well as a deep understanding of process engineering workflows. You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and maintain an overview even in complex and stressful situations. You are flexible, resilient, and feel comfortable in a dynamic project environment. You communicate clearly, appear confident, and enjoy working interdisciplinary. This is what we offer you.
