Logistics and Operations Employee; 100 %

Areas of responsibility

• Provision of products and materials for deliveries and collections Switzerland and export
• Parcel shipping incl. administration, picking, and shipping
• Waste management
• Warehouse management, order, and cleanliness in the operation, warehouse, and premises
• Analysis of optimizations for warehouse & logistics processes
• Participation in the annual inventory
• Ensuring the operational readiness of the forklifts
• Use of the ERP system as well as Microsoft Teams and Outlook
• Support in goods receipt, in production, and in the returns process
• Assistance with maintenance work on the properties

Requirement profile

• Completed manual vocational training as well as process reliability
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
• Other languages are an advantage
• Forklift license and high-lift pallet truck license
• ADR / SDR dangerous goods training is an advantage
• Know-how in the area of load securing
• Fire protection training is an advantage
• Team player and communicative, flexible, and a strong hands-on mentality
• Systematic, careful, and independent way of working with high quality awareness in one's own work area
• Proactive participation and active co-design of one's own working environment
