To strengthen our team in Glattbrugg, we are looking for you as Customer Advisor Sales Internal Steel Service Center (m/f) 80 - 100%

Your tasks

• You take responsibility for an existing customer portfolio, maintain sustainable customer relationships and develop them in a targeted manner
• As a competent contact person, you advise our customers regarding the steel and metal range
• Through your intuition and thanks to your specialist knowledge of customer needs, you identify sales opportunities with added value for our customers
• You offer our customers tailor-made solutions -- from individual steel products to complex processing as well as semi-finished and finished products
• From the first customer inquiry through to the creation of the offer to delivery, you manage orders independently and in an objective-oriented manner
• You work closely with internal specialist departments and ensure smooth order processing

Your qualities

• You have a commercial basic education, preferably in the steel and metal trade or in the steel processing industry. Alternatively, you have a technical basic education (e.g., metalworker, plant and apparatus builder or comparable) and have already gained experience in project processing or technical sales
• With your strong customer orientation, you recognize needs quickly, develop suitable solutions and thereby create sustainable and trustworthy customer relationships
• You convince through your quick comprehension as well as your structured and independent way of working and are proactive, responsible and reliable
• Communication skills and a professional appearance characterize you
• You have good MS-Office skills; SAP experience is a plus
• Flexibility and team spirit in a motivated team are a matter of course for you
• You master German with style in speaking and writing
