iwaz, as a multi-sector company, combines assistance and integration services in different settings within the thematic fields of living, daily structure, and professional integration with various partners of society. In doing so, we pursue alternative ways to promote inclusion and the dissolution of special spaces.

Our assisted living is a living space for people with multiple disabilities. This includes three residential houses as well as a daily activity offering. We provide medical-nursing care and practical life support – supported interdisciplinarily by specialist nursing teams and agogic assistance personnel.

For the succession of our current Head of Division Living, we are looking for an experienced specialist from the healthcare sector at FH/HF level who is eager to work together to develop suitable assistance and living spaces for the inclusive living and area concept.

As the future Head of Division Living and Member of the Executive Board, you will take on a key role in our institution. You will lead and further develop the living area together with the department heads and the agogic support, and ensure that our assistance mandate is implemented professionally, humanely, and with convincing quality.

Your opportunity

This position offers you a special perspective: You will be specifically trained and prepared for the role of nursing management in the IFEG special nursing home area while taking over the Head of Division Living, and you will assume the function from October 2027.

• You promote a constructive error and conflict culture and create an environment in which people can take responsibility.
• You are responsible for service recording with IBB/Rai and hold budget responsibility for the living area.
• As a member of the Executive Board, you contribute your perspective and actively help shape the strategic development of our social enterprise.

What you bring with you

• Training in the healthcare sector at FH/HF level
• Sound medical-nursing professional competence
• Leadership experience, ideally at the level of ward or department management
• Joy in taking responsibility and remaining calm and solution-oriented even in demanding situations
• Readiness to engage with social issues and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation
• A good understanding of business administration or the curiosity and willingness to acquire it
• A leadership attitude that is clear, appreciative, and development-oriented
