YOUR TASKS

• You lead strategic and cross-departmental projects from analysis to successful implementation
• You identify potentials, bring different perspectives together, and develop future-oriented solutions together with the specialist departments
• You shape the further development of our patient pathways as well as processes and accompany change initiatives
• You combine customer orientation, economic efficiency, and internal needs into practical solutions
• You create structure in complex topics and ensure that concrete results arise from ideas

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience in managing projects - ideally in healthcare
• You have an affinity for IT projects and enjoy helping to shape digital developments
• You bring experience in Lean Management
• You think analytically, work in a structured manner, and approach complex issues in a solution-oriented way
• You convince through your communication strength, engage different stakeholders, and successfully accompany changes
