• Care and maintenance of various ornamental plants in the greenhouse and retail nursery
• Advising and serving customers during the sale of plants
• Creating and presenting seasonal plant arrangements and decorations
• Support with interior greenery as well as organization of plant deliveries
• Participation in inventory management and ensuring a well-maintained sales area
• Requirements
• Completed training as an ornamental plant gardener EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Independent, reliable and careful way of working
• Joy in dealing with plants and customers
• Ability to work in a team, motivation as well as resilience
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
