IM Projet has been supporting organizations facing complex projects for more than 30 years. Buildings, industrial sites, large infrastructures, urban developments or information systems: we intervene where it is necessary to structure, make decisions and respect commitments in terms of deadlines and costs. We take charge of projects involving prestige hotels, stadiums and sports venues, high-rise towers, hospital centers, industrial production sites, pharmaceutical plants, stations and railway lines, implementation of ERPs…

Job missions
We are reinforcing our team of Engineers within our Geneva agency. To this end, we are looking for an Industrial Process Engineer endowed with versatile industrial skills acquired during the management of various projects.
You take charge of the organization, piloting and coordination of the project and notably:

• Organization and structuring (OBS, WBS...),
• Planning (master, detailed...),
• Piloting and coordination of teams,
• Implementation of reporting tools, monitoring indicators and dashboards.

Highly involved with project teams, your good interpersonal skills, your rigor and your tenacity are the fundamental qualities, indispensable to our profession.
Profile sought
With higher education (Engineering School, Master 2...), you ideally possess 3 to 10 years of experience in project management in the Industrial field.
You possess excellent oral expression and you are used to intervening with the various bodies of a company.
Your level of English is fluent, both written and spoken.
As part of this project, weekly travel is to be expected.
