Field Sales Representative Consulting and Sales Building Envelope City of Zurich 100% (m/f/d) ##

Tasks ##

• Support existing customers and build new relationships with architects, planners, clients, processors, and other project partners
• Early identification of interesting projects and targeted positioning of our products and solutions in the planning, decision, and tendering phases
• With market intuition and initiative, you tap into new potentials and build a strong network in the regional architecture and construction industry
• You provide competent advice on design, technical, and application-related questions and work closely with our internal specialist departments
• You actively manage sales opportunities, conduct customer and project negotiations independently, and act entrepreneurially and result-oriented.
• In exchange with sales, technical consulting, and product management, you contribute customer needs and market knowledge to the further development of our offers.
• You plan activities independently, keep projects and contacts on course in the CRM, and represent Swisspearl at specialist events and customer events

Requirements ##

• A completed technical vocational training, preferably in the areas of structural engineering, architecture, building envelope, or a related field
• Experience in consulting or sales within the construction, building materials, or building envelope industry
• Understanding of architecture, design, construction, and the processes of construction projects
• Enjoyment of contact with people as well as a customer-oriented, reliable, and convincing appearance
• Negotiation skills, initiative, and a structured, independent way of working
• Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment of developing solutions together with customers and internal specialist departments
• Confident use of digital working tools; experience with CRM systems desired
• Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
• Category B driver's license
• Regional roots or an existing network in the greater Zurich area is an advantage
