Our client is an established general practitioner who has two examination rooms, an X-ray and practice laboratory room, as well as three medical assistants. The weekly working time is 42 hours. The modern, demand-oriented premises offer a wide spectrum of general practitioner medicine and a versatile range of modern diagnostics and therapy.

Your area of responsibility
As the responsible doctor, you care for the patients in the general practitioner context and care in all diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. You offer the best possible treatment options, in which the patient is at the center of your actions. You organize the medical workflows and processes in close cooperation with the practice team. To this end, you actively help shape the structures and organizational processes of the practice and further develop the range of services. In the long term, you have the opportunity to develop the practice strategically and in terms of personnel, including the planning and development of staff.

Your personality
You possess a specialist qualification in general medicine or internal medicine and already have experience in general practitioner care. However, this is not mandatory. Your personality is characterized by high professional and human competence, and you are accustomed to responsible and independent action. Empathy in dealing with patients and employees, high social competence, as well as teamwork and a structured way of working, characterize you. You use your valuable professional experience to enrich the team and to lead the practice in a business sense.
