Regulation Manager
Your mission and responsibilities:
You are in charge of the remote monitoring and regulation of traffic for bus, trolleybus, funicular, and railway networks using regulation, remote control, and customer information systems.
You take all adequate measures during breakdowns, accidents, or rail/road traffic interruptions to guarantee safety and minimize the impact on travelers.
You manage advances/delays as well as disruptions and ensure that connections are maintained as well as adequate information is provided to customers.
Your profile:
Technical skills:
Benefiting from a qualifying training, ideally CFC as a commercial employee in public transport, railway traffic operator, or bus driver training
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
Ideally professional experience in a transport company
Meeting the legal conditions governed by the OAASF
Knowledge of the German language, a plus
Comfortable with IT tools
