We offer you the opportunity to join an experienced team and to progressively train for the profession of fire protection specialist. You will participate in varied projects, from design to site supervision, with structured support towards obtaining the AEAI specialist title. Your missions: * Contribute to the development of fire protection concepts, with the support of experienced specialists. * Analyze architectural and technical plans to identify applicable fire protection requirements. * Create and maintain fire protection plans in PDF and DWG formats. * Develop variants and propose technical solutions adapted to the challenges of each project. * Collaborate with architects, clients, and technical representatives throughout the projects. * Participate in execution controls on site alongside the project team. * Identify fire protection non-conformities and contribute to the monitoring of their resolution. * Prepare quality assurance and compliance files with the support of specialists. * Prepare and participate in technical and coordination meetings. * Support specialists in their consulting activities with clients. * Take part in exchanges with authorities and various stakeholders. * Progressively develop your skills with a view to obtaining the AEAI specialist title in fire protection. ### Your skills and qualifications: * Training or professional experience in the construction field. * Strong motivation to train and evolve towards the profession of fire protection specialist. * Practical spirit, rigor, organizational skills, and good analytical abilities. * Very high ease in reading and understanding technical plans, as well as good spatial representation. * Good technical drawing skills and mastery of standard software. * Marked interest in the technical, normative, and regulatory challenges of construction. * Ability to work autonomously while promoting collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. * Ease in exchanges with clients, representatives, and various project stakeholders. * Very good writing skills and ease in oral French. * CFC in architectural drafting, civil engineering, or HVAC technician, or academic training in the construction field, constituting an asset. ### Our offer Working conditions and remuneration * Flexible working hours * 25 days of vacation, 30 days from age 55 (for A+W Lausanne and A+W Genève, more favorable specific conditions) * Unpaid leave up to 6 months * Loyalty bonuses for service anniversaries every five years (after the 10th anniversary) Continuing education * Internal continuing education program (A+W University) * External continuing education financing models Pension fund and social benefits * Has its own pension fund (Except A+W Lucerne) * Full coverage of professional and non-professional accident insurance premiums by the employer Career * Career possibilities throughout Switzerland * Personal development interviews and career plans with employees Social benefits * Various advantages and offers in different fields * Good SBB half-fare card Working environment * Modern offices * State-of-the-art IT equipment ### Contact Perla Colamesta Head of Consulting Department + Have we sparked your interest?
