About Our Client ##

I am currently recruiting a Swiss Accounting Manager (100%) on a permanent basis in Lausanne for an international group in strong growth, active in the fields of engineering and consulting.

Job Description ##

• Supervise all accounting, tax, and reporting activities of the Swiss entities, ensuring the quality of closings, the compliance of declarations, and the reliability of financial data.
• Support the integration of new companies within the group, harmonize accounting processes, and participate in projects for the structuring and optimization of the financial organization.
• Supervise a small accounting team while maintaining strong operational involvement in technical matters.
• Collaborate closely with local management and international financial teams on accounting, tax, and consolidation issues.
• Regular travel to Genève.

The Successful Applicant ##

• Higher education in accounting, finance, or equivalent.
• Proven experience in general accounting within a multi-company environment in Switzerland, with an international headquarters and also activities.
• Good mastery of Swiss accounting and taxation, IFRS.
• Ability to evolve autonomously while maintaining close proximity to teams and management.
• First managerial experience or ability to supervise a small team.
• French C2 and English B2
• Pragmatic, structured, and solution-oriented personality, enjoying environments in transformation.
